SALT WITH TRUFFLE, 40 gramm.

The coarse-grained Praid salt is a guarantee of quality. To enrich our dishes, truffle preparation is composted from freeze-dried truffle pieces. We recommend using this product to flavor appetizers, soups, sauces, first courses, dishes with meat, side dishes, and also to flavor desserts.

Ingredients: Praid table salt: 3%, freeze-dried summer truffle (tuber aestivum), aroma. It does not contain allergenic ingredients. Place of origin: Hungary.

COLD-PRESSED GRAPE SEED OIL WITH TRUFFLE, 40 ML

Cold pressed grape seed oil is a high quality product in the truffles preparation. The portion of freeze-dried truffle that has been placed in the bottle harmonizes perfectly with the flavor of grape oil, making an intense taste, and can make also even simple dish special. We suggest to use in both salty and sweet dishes (soups, meats, fillings), to flavor sauces and gravies, and enrich the taste of salads and pastas.

Ingredients: cold pressed grape seed oil, 1% freeze-dried summer truffle (tuber aestivum), aroma. It may contain traces of sesame seeds, mustard seeds and walnuts.

REFINED GRAPE SEED OIL WITH TRUFFLE, 40 ML

This seems do be soft and neutral tasting oil, extracted from grape seeds, has been refined to neutralize its acidity to further enhance the scent of the truffle. It can be one excellent addition to any dish, allowing the basic flavors to prevail, and generated too an extraordinary dining experience. I also recommend it to the consumers who are unfamiliar with truffles but they want to give a special taste to the food. It can be used for salads, velvety, to season egg-based dishes, and combine it with pesto, pasta dishes, purees.

ACACIA HONEY WITH CANDIED TRUFFLES, 100 gramm

The acacia honey flavored with slices of candied and freeze-dried summer truffle is carefully selected, and harmonizes perfectly with both salty and sweet dishes. We recommend putting it on fruits, cheeses, salads, sauces, soups, mixed with mustard on various types of cooking meat, sweets, cakes, ice cream, smoothies or even on buttered bread.

FREEZE-DRIED SUMMER TRUFFLE SLICES, 3 gramm

Perfect spherical tuber of fresh summer truffle cut into thin slices. They are fragrant and crunchy. The truffle flakes prepared are sealed and stored in glass jars. There freeze-drying is a very delicate preservation process for which the truffle is preserved their natural taste and aroma. With them we can decorate our dishes freshly prepared, but we can use them in sauces, seasoned butter, scrambled eggs, velvety, or we can enrich pasta and risotto.

DRIED HUNGARIAN HONEY TRUFFLES, 10 gramm

The honey truffle, freshly harvested and chosen from those of the best quality, is carefully cleaned and cut into thin slices. These slices are dried and closed in a container where they store entirely their characteristic perfume and taste, and their  crunchiness. We can use them in combination with sweet and salty foods.

Porcini mushrooms are harvested by hand, and thoroughly cleaned, sliced and dried.

Mushrooms dried porcini are an excellent and typical product, used in many dishes in various
Traditions. We can prepare exquisite first courses with pasta and risottos or even as second
courses seconds in meat dishes, and sauces.

PRECIOUS WHITE TRUFFLE – TUBER MAGNATUM PICO 10 – 20 gramm / 20 – 50 gramm / Industrial Usage

 

The white truffle is the noblest and rarest of truffles, an excellence of food. It is found mainly in deciduous forests (lime trees, poplars, hazelnuts, oaks) in clayey, calcareous soils, often along streams water. The harvest period runs from September to January. It goes well with various types of dishes and in Italy it is especially paired with seasoned egg tagliatelle in white with butter and cheese or combined with cheese fondues, risotto with parmesan and with less pronounced flavor meats. It is generally used in thin slices. Its intense and delicate aroma at the same time gives each dish a unique taste and unmistakable.

BLACK TRUFFLE UNCINATO – TUBER UNCINATUM 10 – 20 gramm / 20 – 50 gramm / Industrial Usage

 

Due to the similarity with the summer truffle it is also called the winter scorzone. Usually develops in symbiosis with broad-leaved trees such as hornbeam, downy oak, beech, and prefers moist, clayey soils, rich in humus, and ripens at low temperatures. The collection period goes from the mse of October until the month of December. In the kitchen we can use it for numerous recipes: it is ideal for making first courses, risottos, and meat dishes. It has a pleasant and decisive aroma, with a light taste of hazelnut and porcini.

BLACK SUMMER TRUFFLE – TUBER AESTIVUM VITTADINI 10 – 20 gramm / 20 – 50 gramm / Industrial Usage

 

The black summer truffle is the best known among the truffles, also called the scorzone. It is found in the woods of broad-leaved trees, and prefers calcium-magnesian draining soils, rich in granulations. The collection period runs from the end of April until the beginning of September. It is one of the most popular truffles in the kitchen, and is used in the preparation of many dishes. Could be used in meat-based recipes such as roast and tasty fillets, but also for appetizers and first courses dishes, risottos and seasoned pasta. Its perfume is delicate and pleasant with particular aromas.

HUNGARIAN HONEY TRUFFLE – MATTIROLOMYCES TERFEZIOIDES 10 – 20 gramm / 20 – 50 gramm / Industrial Usage

 

In English it is also called “Honey Truffle” for its particular sweet taste. It lies above all in Hungary which is the producer country par excellence. It grows mainly in sandy soils deposited from the Danube, under the acacia trees, and reaches the surface when ripe. It’s a very particular truffle of its kind, and is appreciated in the world for its characteristics unique and unmistakable. The harvest period is from August to November. Due to its typical taste of sweetness it is also widely used in various types of desserts, and in roasts of meat.
